Who We Are
Mole Academy (moleacademy.in) provides live online Chemistry coaching for IIT JEE and NEET students, taught by Pramod Kumar Rajput (PK Sir). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Information We Collect
Details you give us. When you fill in the free demo form on our Contact page, we collect the student's name, a WhatsApp/phone number, and — if you choose to provide them — an email address, city, preferred plan, class and target exam, and any message you write. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive whatever you share in that conversation.
Information collected automatically. To show the fee that applies to your region, the website checks the country associated with your IP address using a third-party lookup service (geojs.io). We use the result only to display the right price on the page and do not store it. Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
What we do not collect. This website does not take online payments, so we never ask for or store card or bank details here. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
How We Use Your Information
- To contact you and schedule the free demo class you requested.
- To understand the student's class, target exam and Chemistry needs so we can recommend a suitable plan.
- To deliver coaching, share class schedules and material, and communicate about fees once you enrol.
- To keep a record of enquiries and enrolments.

- WhatsApp — used for conversations when you message us or ask us to reply there.
- Google Fonts — supplies the typefaces used on this website; your browser requests the font files from Google's servers.
We may also disclose information if we are required to do so by law.
Students Under 18
Many of our students are under 18. We ask that a parent or guardian submits the demo form, or is aware of and agrees to the enquiry, when the student is a minor. A parent or guardian can ask us at any time to review or delete the details shared about their child.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep enquiry and student details for as long as needed to respond to you and provide coaching, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your Choices
